You can use the link: https://www.myuniverse.adityabirlacapital.com/ and log in using your existing credentials.
Go to the 'Policies' tab -
Once you have logged in, you will find the 'Policies' tab. You can click on this tab to view the details of all your insured policies.
Get an overview of your policy -
On this page, you will be able to see an overview of your policy including the policy number, start date, end date, sum assured, premium due, and the premium payment history.
Check your policy status -
Your policy status will be mentioned as either "active," "lapsed," or "terminated."
If your policy is active, it will be renewed automatically (provided you have paid the premium due) and the policy details will remain the same.
If your policy is lapsed, it means that either the premium due has not been paid in time or the policy has expired. You will need to make the required premium payment for the policy to be made active again.
If your policy is terminated, it means that the policy has expired and you will need to buy a new policy.
