I want to cancel auto renewal on my ACKO account. I see the option to do so, but it is not working. How do I cancel auto renewal on ACKO?

To cancel auto renewal on ACKO, please follow the steps below:

Log in to your ACKO account.
Click on your name/email address in the top right corner of the screen, and then select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
On the next page, scroll down to the "Auto Renew" section and click the "Cancel Auto Renew" button.
You will be prompted to confirm your cancellation. Once you have confirmed, your subscription will no longer auto-renew.

There are a few different ways to cancel your auto renewal on ACKO. One way is to contact customer service and have them cancel it for you. Another way is to go into your account settings and cancel it yourself. If you cancel it yourself, you will need to do so at least 24 hours before your renewal date in order to avoid being charged.

Unfortunately, we don't have the option to cancel auto-renewal on our website. However, you can cancel it through your bank or credit card company.

Auto-renewal for ACKO can be turned off at any time from your Account Settings. Simply:

-Log in to your ACKO account
-Click on your name in the top right-hand corner
-Select "Account Settings" from the drop-down menu
-Click on the "Billing & Payment" tab
-Scroll down to the "Auto-Renew" section and toggle the switch to "Off"

Alternatively, you can also contact ACKO customer support at 1-800-123-4567 and they will be happy to assist you with cancelling your auto-renewal.
