It is difficult to say unequivocally whether the Tata Harrier is a hit or flop. While it has garnered rave reviews for its comfortable and plush interiors, impressive build quality and on-road presence, it has been met with criticism for its high price tag and lack of features.
That said, the Harrier has been reasonably successful in terms of sales. In its first month of launch, the Harrier found 5,475 takers. In the subsequent months, though, the numbers have fallen, with Tata Motors managing to sell just 2,420 units in February 2019. Nevertheless, the Harrier remains one of the more popular SUVs in its segment.
Thus, while it may not be a runaway success, the Tata Harrier can certainly be said to be a hit.
